„Aktuellen Clip mit Griffen anzeigen“ handles don’t translate literally in this context.
The typical expression is „Fleisch“ (flesh), but it’s an expression specific to filmic craft.
I’d suggest „Aktuellen Clip mit ‚Fleisch' anzeigen“

I wouldn’t translate scripts either, since „Programmiersprachen“ is a very broad expression. Rather write „Scripts“ in German too, just as you didn’t translate the submenu.
